Our services are based on the principle that empowering people with the education, training, resources and skills necessary to permanently leave poverty is far more beneficial than programs and services that help people cope in poverty. We provide a range of services that enable individuals and families to overcome barriers to self-sufficiency and allow them to achieve and maintain their independence. Whenever possible, families and individuals are asked to contribute a co-payment. Eligibility for our services is determined on a case-by-case basis in accordance with program guidelines.
