I Need Help With

For more than 55 years, the Bucks County Opportunity Council has helped low-income residents of Bucks County remove obstacles and solve problems that block their path to economic self-sufficiency. Through our Economic Self-Sufficiency Program (ES), BCOC helps clients create a strategic plan that will enable them to support their families in the long-term and to meet their basic needs: housing, food, energy assistance and transportation. For most clients, the path to economic self-sufficiency includes acquiring the education and skills to compete for jobs that pay a living wage.

If you need help, you can start by filling out this application, and email it to client services.
